PLATE 02 / INTRODUCTION

An introduction to what's available

Each service below addresses a different stage of content work. Some teams need help drafting; others already draft comfortably but lose time adapting one piece across several channels; others have never looked closely at which published content actually gets read. There is no requirement to pick more than one, and no particular order to start in.

PLATE 04 / HOW TO CHOOSE

How to choose

If drafting takes the longest

Content Drafting Configuration addresses the blank-page stage directly.

If one piece has to go everywhere

Multi-Channel Adaptation Setup reduces repeated manual reshaping.

If you're unsure what to publish next

Content Performance Review clarifies what's already working.

If it's not clear which fits, describe your process in the contact form and we will suggest a starting point.

PLATE 05 / AT A GLANCE

Offers at a glance

Service Scope Price Best for
Drafting Configuration 4 weeks ¥26,500 Teams publishing regularly with 1–2 writers
Adaptation Setup 3 weeks ¥22,000 Teams maintaining site, newsletter, and social
Performance Review 2 weeks ¥16,000 Teams unsure which content is worth revising

PLATE 06 / SHARED VALUE

What every offer includes

Regardless of which service you choose, the engagement includes a written guide your team keeps after we're done, a review step designed for your editors to use directly, and a fixed scope agreed upfront rather than open-ended hours.

PLATE 07 / INVESTMENT

Value and investment

Prices above cover the configuration engagement itself — the setup, calibration, and documentation — not ongoing content production. What remains afterward is a working system your team continues to use on its own.

PLATE 08 / QUESTIONS

A few questions before deciding

Can we start with just one service?

Yes. Each service is scoped and priced independently, and there is no requirement to combine them.

Do we need existing published content to start?

Drafting Configuration and Performance Review both draw on material you already publish, so some existing content helps. If you're just starting out, mention that when you get in touch.

Does the assistant publish content automatically?

No. Every configuration includes a review step, and drafts go to an editor before anything is published.

PLATE 09 / NEXT STEP

If one of these fits your process

Send a note describing where your content process is currently spending the most time, and we'll suggest which offer, if any, addresses it.
